The Commons offers a full kitchen downstairs, with two rangetop ovens, two refrigerators with freezers, and three-partition sink.
New for 2007, the rocking chair porch offers the perfect place to relax and enjoy a view of the cove.
The upper floor of the commons may be used for large group gatherings, or for extra sleeping space. Two of the bathrooms, with showers, in the commons are located up here. The other two are downstairs, next to the kitchen.
