Each treehouse sleeps a total of 24 people. Two bunkrooms each sleep ten. Each bunk bed has its own adjustable window. Treehouses are climate-controlled and energy-efficient.

Each bunk room has ample space for social gathering, and includes two desks across from the bunks beds.

In addition to the bunk rooms, the center section of each treehouse offers two staff rooms, each sleeping two, with private half-baths.
