OVERNIGHT LODGING

COTTAGES

  • Diocesan members: $75 per person, per night (cleaning fee not included)

  • Non-diocesan members: $80 per person, per night (cleaning fee not included)

MANLEY HOUSE

  • Diocesan members: $60 per person, per night (cleaning fee not included)

  • Non-Diocesan members: $65 per person, per night (cleaning fee not included)

TREEHOUSES

  • Diocesan members: $50 per person, per night (cleaning fee not included)

  • Non-diocesan members: $55 per person, per night (cleaning fee not included)

DAY USE

8:00am-7:00pm; For meetings, parish picnics, rally days (great if using the Chapel, Commons or Pavilion)

  • $20 per person for 1 day (cleaning fee not included)

Reservation Information

Minimum

Please note that there is a 10 person minimum for all retreats. Retreats with less than 10 guests will be charged the minimum.

Check-out is at 11:00am. If your group stays past check-out time, you will be charged the daily rate of $20 for each person. 

 

Deposit​

Groups 10-15 people : $300

Groups 16-50 people: $500

Groups 50+ people: $1,000

 

This deposit will be refunded, if the reservation is cancelled by email (send to bjones@dioet.org), no less than four weeks prior to the scheduled arrival date.  Balance is due in full, upon departure from Grace Point.

No Pet Policy

Grace Point does not allow pets during your stay. Failure to acknowledge our no pet policy will result in additional fees.
